Terms of Service

Effective date: May 17, 2026

By creating an account or using Zenkclass ("the Service", "the App", "the Platform"), you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

1. About Zenkclass

Zenkclass is a software application (SaaS) that supports individual tutors and tutoring centers in Vietnam in managing their teaching operations. We are NOT an education service provider, NOT a tutoring brokerage / matchmaking intermediary.

Zenkclass provides three feature groups:

  • (Primary) Class schedule and fee management for individual tutors: create classes, track weekly recurring schedules, check-in per session, auto-generate monthly tuition receipts with VietQR transfer codes, income statistics, CV management.
  • (Primary) Management platform for tutoring centers: centers register dedicated accounts to manage multiple tutors and classes, post public tutor recruitment ads, track revenue, manage center wallet.
  • (Secondary — optional) Class lead board: tutors can enable / disable viewing of class-seeking posts from parents / centers. Zenkclass only displays user-published information — we DO NOT facilitate, broker, or guarantee teaching contracts between parties.

2. Definitions

  • Zenkclass: web + mobile platform operated at zenkclass.com.
  • Tutor: individual user registered to use class management + fee tools.
  • Center: organization / business registered to manage multiple tutors.
  • Parent / Student: non-Zenkclass user who may interact via public links shared by tutors / centers (e.g. VietQR receipts, public tutor CVs).

3. Account

  • You must be 13 years or older (per Vietnam Children Law).
  • Provide accurate information. Impersonation / false credentials = permanent account deletion.
  • One individual creates only 1 tutor account.
  • One organization creates 1 center account; multiple members can be invited into that account.
  • You are responsible for password security + all activities under your account.
  • If you suspect account compromise, change password immediately + report to support@zenkclass.com.

4. Zenkclass Role + Liability Limitation

Zenkclass is a software tool helping tutors and centers operate their own business. We:

  • DO NOT sign teaching contracts with students / parents.
  • DO NOT collect tuition fees — the generated VietQR receipts are direct bank transfer codes between parents and tutors / centers. Zenkclass does not process tuition money flow.
  • DO NOT guarantee teaching quality of tutors or content provided by centers.
  • DO NOT verify tutor credentials — information is self-declared by users at their own responsibility.
  • DO NOT act as a broker — class-seeking posts and tutor profiles displayed in the app are search results based on user-published information. All teaching contracts are formed directly between tutors and parents / centers, outside Zenkclass scope.

Maximum financial liability of Zenkclass per user per year DOES NOT exceed total service fees paid by user to Zenkclass in the last 12 months.

5. Zenkclass Commitments

  • Provide service with target 99% uptime per month (excluding pre-announced maintenance).
  • Technical support via email support@zenkclass.com within 72 business hours.
  • Data security per Privacy Policy.
  • 7-day advance notice on significant feature or pricing changes.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You may input / upload content such as: CV, profile photo, class notes, reviews, tutor recruitment ads (centers), class information.

  • You confirm legal rights to the content.
  • You grant Zenkclass rights to store + display content within the scope of chosen features.
  • PROHIBITED content:
    • Violence, terrorism, pornography, fraud
    • External-service advertising / spam
    • Copyright infringement
    • Child exploitation or age-inappropriate content
    • Hate speech, racial / gender / religious discrimination
    • False information defaming others
  • Violations = content removal + possible account suspension + report to authorities if needed.

7. Reporting + Blocking

  • You can report violating posts / users via the Report button in-app.
  • Zenkclass commits to respond to serious reports within 24 hours.
  • You can block other users — they won't see you in search and can't contact you via app.

8. Paid Plans + Payment

  • Zenkclass offers paid plans (Pro for tutors, Center for organizations) to unlock advanced features + raise class / tutor count limits.
  • Payment + plan management is done on the website zenkclass.com via Vietnamese bank transfer (VietQR).
  • Plans activate after payment confirmation (typically within 1 hour).
  • NO refund after plan activation, except Zenkclass-caused outages > 24 continuous hours.
  • You can cancel anytime — the plan expires on the last day of the paid period.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Zenkclass logos, UI designs, source code, documentation are owned by the Company.
  • Copying, reverse engineering, scraping data without written permission is prohibited.
  • User-uploaded content (CV, reviews, posts) is owned by user, but user grants Zenkclass display rights within feature scope.

10. Termination

  • You can delete your account anytime at account deletion page or in-app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).
  • Zenkclass may terminate violating accounts with email notification.
  • After termination, data is processed per Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes resolved at competent Court in Ho Chi Minh City.

12. Changes to Terms

Zenkclass may update terms. Significant changes will be notified via email + in-app popup 7 days in advance. Continued use after effective date = agreement with new terms.
